Namahaum Solutions LLP — Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules for refunds, cancellations, samagri deliveries, and digital products offered by Namahaum Solutions LLP.
By using our platform, you agree to the following:
1. General Policy
Namahaum Solutions LLP aims to provide a seamless spiritual experience through verified priests, high-quality samagri, digital services, and timely rituals.
Refunds are processed strictly as per the timelines below, based on your selected ritual date and time.
2. Ritual Booking Refunds
Flexible Refund Structure (Option 2)
- 100% Refund — If the user cancels 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled puja/hawan/ritual.
- 50% Refund — If the user cancels 48 hours before the scheduled ritual.
- No Refund — If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled ritual.
This applies to all services including Home Puja, Online Puja, Temple Services, Hawans, Paaths, Sanskar Services, and similar offerings.
3. Samagri / Puja Kit Refunds
- After dispatch, samagri charges are strictly non-refundable.
- If delivery fails due to courier issues, a replacement product or credit will be offered.
- Damaged items received must be reported with photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Online / Virtual Puja Services
- Refund window follows the same 72/48/24-hour rules.
- If technical issues occur from Namahaum’s side, a free reschedule will be offered.
- If issues arise due to user internet/device, no refund will be issued.
5. Priest No-Show / Delay
- If a priest/vendor cancels last-minute due to emergency:
- Namahaum will arrange an alternate priest OR
- Provide a full refund (100%) if user prefers to cancel.
- Delays due to traffic/festivals/weather will not qualify for full refunds, but Namahaum will attempt adjustments (reschedule or partial remedies).
6. Refunds for Digital Products
Digital items such as Kundli reports, Compatibility reports, Ritual checklists, Personalized recommendations, Muhurat reports, Astrology PDFs, etc., are non-refundable once generated and delivered, regardless of interpretation or expectations.
7. Subscription Refunds
- Subscription plans for families and corporates are non-refundable after activation.
- Subscriptions cannot be transferred, paused, or prorated.
- Benefits must be used within the subscription period.

8. Payment Gateway Fees
In rare cases where gateways deduct convenience or transaction fees: these fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by third-party processors.
9. Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds are processed within the timelines below (business days):
- 5–7 business days for UPI / Wallets
- 7–10 business days for Cards / Netbanking
- International cards may take up to 14 days
Namahaum is not liable for bank-side delays.
