2. Nature of Services

Namahaum Solutions LLP operates a technology-enabled spiritual services platform offering:

• Puja Booking Services
• Priest Marketplace & Verified Priest Matching
• Samagri / Puja Kit Delivery
• Online / Virtual Puja Services
• Specialized Ritual Services (Hawans, Paaths, Paath Recitation, etc.)
• Subscription Plans for Families and Corporates
• Digital Reports (Astrology / Kundli / Ritual Checklists, etc.)
• Temple & Event-Based Ritual Services

Namahaum acts as an intermediary platform, connecting users with verified and independent priests/vendors. We do not control or guarantee the personal conduct of priests/vendors.

3. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under guardian supervision.
• You have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information during bookings.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us of any unauthorized access immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant behaviour.

5. Booking Process

A booking is confirmed only when:

• The user completes the required details, and
• Makes the initial/complete payment as applicable.

Upon confirmation: you will receive booking details, assigned priest details (if applicable), and preparation guidelines. Samagri delivery timelines (if opted) will be communicated accordingly.

6. Fees, Pricing & Payments

All pricing is displayed on our website/app at the time of booking. Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways only. Prices may vary based on location, priest availability, ritual complexity, and logistics. Taxes and delivery charges (where applicable) will be added during checkout.

Namahaum Solutions LLP does not store your card/banking details.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your refund policy selection: Option 2 (Flexible Policy)

Refund Charges for Ritual Bookings

• 100% Refund → If cancelled 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled ritual.
• 50% Refund → If cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled ritual.
• No Refund → If cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled ritual.

Samagri / Puja Kit Refunds

• Samagri / Puja kit charges are non-refundable once dispatched.
• If the delivery partner confirms non-delivery, a replacement/credit will be provided.

Online/Virtual Puja Refunds

Same refund window applies as above. For technical issues, Namahaum will attempt rescheduling at no extra cost.

8. Priest / Vendor Conduct

All priests/vendors onboarded are:

• Independently practicing professionals
• Verified through documentation and background checks (where possible)
• Responsible for the performance and authenticity of rituals

Namahaum is not liable for personal differences between the user and priest, ritual outcomes, spiritual effects, or results of astrology reports, or delays caused by traffic, weather, festivals, or external dependencies. We reserve the right to blacklist or remove any priest/vendor for misconduct.

9. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate location, event details, and timings
• Ensure the ritual location is clean, accessible, and safe
• Treat priests/vendors with respect and dignity
• Not engage in unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour

Namahaum may refuse service in cases of improper or unsafe environment.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—including logos, designs, images, text, videos, digital reports, and proprietary data—is the exclusive property of Namahaum Solutions LLP. Users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or modify any platform content without written permission.

11. Digital Reports & Advisory Services

Astrology/Kundli reports, digital checklists, and recommendations are based on traditional scriptures and methods and are to be treated as guidance, not guaranteed predictions. Such reports are non-refundable once generated and delivered. Namahaum is not responsible for life decisions made based on these reports.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Namahaum Solutions LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for actions or behaviour of independent priests/vendors. Ritual outcomes, spiritual results, or religious merits are not guaranteed. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the concerned booking.

13. Force Majeure

Namahaum is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by natural disasters, political disturbances, pandemic restrictions, network failures, transportation delays, or any event beyond our control.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. All personal data is processed as per our Privacy Policy (to be published separately if needed).

Key commitments:

• No selling or renting user data
• Limited sharing with priests/vendors for service fulfilment
• Secure data storage using industry-grade practices

15. Subscription Plans

For family and corporate subscription plans: benefits are defined on the subscription page. Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable. Renewals will be notified prior to expiry. Misuse or unauthorized sharing of subscription benefits may lead to termination.

16. Termination of Services

Namahaum reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if the user violates these Terms, abuses priests/vendors or staff, uses the platform for unlawful purposes, or misrepresents booking details. Refunds for terminated services will follow the standard policy only.

17. Modifications to Terms

Namahaum may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and legal disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh. For any disputes, parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation/conciliation.
