1. Nature of Subscription Plans

Namahaum offers:

• Family Puja Subscription Plans
• Corporate Ritual Management Plans
• Samagri Delivery Plans
• Priority Booking Plans

Benefits vary by tier and are described on the subscription purchase page.

2. Payment & Billing

• Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
• All payments are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
• Renewals will auto-trigger reminders before expiry.
• Prices may change with notice on the website.

3. Validity & Usage

• Benefits must be used within the subscription cycle.
• Unused services do not roll over to the next cycle.
• Subscriptions cannot be paused, transferred, or shared.

4. Priority Booking

Subscribers receive:

• Priority during festivals
• Early access to high-demand dates
• Faster priest assignment

However, availability during peak days is still subject to logistical limitations.

5. Samagri Deliveries (If Included)

• Samagri kits included in subscription are pre-defined.
• Custom items may incur additional charges.
• Delivery delays due to courier issues are not eligible for refund.

6. Cancellation of Subscription

• Subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable after activation.
• Violations of platform policy may lead to termination.

7. Liability

Namahaum is not responsible for:

• Loss of benefits due to user delay in scheduling
• Changes in pricing, taxes, or service structure
• Unavailability of a particular priest

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
